- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Salt rim, optional

- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup

- 2.5 oz Blackhat Vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- Lemon twist or olives, to garnish

We source a wheat-based neutral spirit for flavor, then cut it with Rocky Mountain water for a sip that's pure and smooth.
