Never Summer × Duelers Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The Never Summer × Duelers Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Blackhat Distillery, 3104 N. Nevada Ave, Suite 120, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Type
This Sweepstakes is a chance-based promotion. Winners will be selected by random drawing. No skill is required to enter or win.

3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Promotion Timing
Qualifying Purchase Period
Qualifying purchases must be made between December 6, 2025 and March 7, 2026.
Entry Period
Entries must be received between January 5, 2026 and March 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“MT”).
Winner Selection and Announcement
Random drawings will be conducted on March 16, 2026 (MT).
Winners will be announced on March 16, 2026, following eligibility verification.

5. How to Enter
A. Purchase-Based Entry (Online Receipt Upload)
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by purchasing a Duelers product during the Qualifying Purchase Period and submitting proof of purchase online as follows:
Visit the Sweepstakes entry page at https://blackhatdistillery.com/snowboard-giveaway/.
Complete the online entry form.
Upload a clear, legible image of an itemized receipt showing:
Purchase of a Duelers product
Date of purchase
Retailer or point of sale
Valid receipts may include purchases from retail locations, direct-to-consumer purchases, online sales, or bar/restaurant receipts, provided the Duelers product is clearly itemized.
Limit:
One (1) purchase-based entry per person per calendar day
One (1) entry per receipt

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Required, Mail-In Only)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may submit a free mail-in entry during the Entry Period by hand-printing the following information on a 3 × 5 index card:
Full name
Mailing address
Email address
Mail the completed card in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 6, 2026 and received within a reasonable time thereafter, as determined by Sponsor.
Limit:
One (1) mail-in AMOE entry per person per calendar day

C. Entry Limit Summary
Each eligible person may receive a maximum of two (2) entries per day, consisting of:
One (1) purchase-based online entry per day, and
One (1) free mail-in AMOE entry per day
Entries submitted in excess of these limits will be void.

6. Prizes
Prize Description
Never Summer × Duelers branded snowboard.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
$550.00 USD per snowboard
Number of Prizes
One (1) prize will be awarded for every five hundred (500) eligible entries received, up to a maximum of three (3) total prizes.
Additional Prize Terms
Shipping costs will be covered by Sponsor.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Verification
Winners may be required to provide:
Government-issued photo identification
Proof of age (21+)
A signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification.

10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries.

12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

14. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
