2. Sweepstakes Type. This is a chance-based promotion. The winner is selected by random drawing. No skill is required.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following are not eligible: (a) officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and consultants, and anyone else engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes; (b) the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of anyone in (a); and (c) alcohol beverage retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and importers and other alcohol beverage licensees, and their owners, agents, and employees, while acting in or outside their professional capacity. Family and household members of persons in (c) who are not themselves licensees, owners, agents, or employees of an alcohol beverage licensee are eligible. Persons who won any contest, sweepstakes, or promotion sponsored by or associated with Sponsor within the thirty (30) calendar days before the start of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void outside Colorado and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on December 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Qualifying purchases must also be made during the Promotion Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 6, 2026 and received by December 10, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter. Both count equally in the drawing.

A. Receipt Entry (Online). Purchase a Duelers product (Blanco, Dark, Dark Double Oaked, or Midnight) during the Promotion Period, then visit https://blackhatdistillery.com/snowboard-giveaway-2026, complete the entry form, check the box confirming you are twenty-one (21) or older and agree to these Official Rules, and upload a clear image of an itemized receipt showing the Duelers product, the purchase date, and the seller. Receipts from licensed retail stores (including online orders fulfilled by licensed retailers), licensed bars and restaurants, and the Blackhat Distillery tasting room are accepted if the Duelers product is clearly itemized. Limit one (1) receipt entry per person per calendar day (MT), and one (1) entry per receipt.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required). Hand-print your full name, mailing address, and email address on a 3 × 5 index card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Duelers × Never Summer Sweepstakes, Blackhat Distillery, 3104 N. Nevada Ave, Suite 120, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar day (by postmark), each in a separate envelope. Mail-in entries must meet the deadlines in Section 4; late entries are void. By submitting a mail-in entry, the entrant confirms they are twenty-one (21) or older and agrees to these Official Rules. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due, lost, or late mail.

C. Entry Limits. Each person may receive up to two (2) entries per day: one (1) receipt entry and one (1) mail- in entry. Entries beyond these limits, or made using multiple identities, email addresses, automated means, false information, or altered or duplicate receipts, are void. Sponsor may request the original receipt from any potential winner; receipts that are illegible, altered, duplicated, or dated outside the Promotion Period are void. Subscribing to Sponsor’s emails is optional and does not affect the odds of winning.

6. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: the winner’s choice of one (1) custom snowboard made by Never Summer, featuring Blackhat Distillery’s Duelers label artwork and logo alongside the Never Summer logo. Available boards: four (4) women’s boards and two (2) men’s boards, subject to availability at the time of selection. The winner must tell Sponsor their choice within five (5) days of verification; if no choice is made, Sponsor will select the board. No exchanges after selection. The prize is provided by Sponsor. Never Summer is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500, regardless of the board chosen. No alcohol beverages are included in the prize. The winner may pick up the prize at Sponsor’s tasting room with valid ID, or Sponsor will ship it to the winner’s Colorado address at no cost. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. The prize is non-transferable and awarded “as is”; any warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer. No cash or prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. A prize returned as undeliverable is forfeited.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Drawing and Notification. On or about December 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing may be conducted at Sponsor’s tasting room; entrants need not be present to win. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to two (2) alternate winners; if none qualify, the prize will not be awarded.

9. Verification. The potential winner must provide government-issued photo ID confirming age 21+ and Colorado residency and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within the time stated in the notification. The winner will be announced after verification is complete and must sign an acknowledgment of prize receipt upon pickup or delivery.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy. Information collected, including receipt images, is used to administer the Sweepstakes. Entrants who check the optional email opt-in box will also receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time. Entrant information is used only by Sponsor and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as needed to administer the Sweepstakes (for example, prize shipping) or as required by law. Receipt images are deleted within one (1) year after the end of the Promotion Period. To have your information removed, email operations@blackhatdistillery.com.

12. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical malfunctions. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. In a dispute over an online entry, the entry is deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used.

13. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Never Summer, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from accepting, using, or misusing the prize.

14. Platform Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
